being happy is difficult

Life changes more often than soon. Everything’s different and you’re left wondering what the hell happened!

Let me tell you something. You’ll never find the answer to that one!

Sometimes everything is not okay at the same time. And you feel helpless and annoyed. Your job’s a joke. You feel angrier by the day. You swear non stop while driving, get annoyed by people walking. You feel idiotic and alone and you don’t know what in the world is happening with you. Its like hitting puberty all over again.

More so, you feel lonely inspite of having people around. Its been forever since you’ve spent two hours with yourself. The only time you give yourself is when you’re zoning while watching tv after work, which is also when you haven’t bothered to freshen up after getting home and you’re sitting like a hippo on the floor.

Everything gets to you. And you wonder how much you need to work on, how much you need to change about yourself, in order to deal with it better. But that’s before you realize that its only going to get worse.

Like this wasn’t enough, we’ve got to try being happy inspite of knowing that you can’t expect shit from the people closest to you.

How does one do that now!

Through Indecisive Decisions, I talk about those little things in life that most of us don't pay heed to. Any sea facing place, coffee and a book is all I need : )

  1. Sounds like you need to turn your life around, being angry all the time is no way to live. Start off by figuring why you’re so angry and try to let it go. Forgive whoever caused it, they have their own issues and own troubles. Then find a way to be grateful for all the good things in your life. I bet if you sit and really think you’ll come up with way over 20 important things to be grateful for. Then your journey to happiness and calm can begin.
